We are committed to providing support for all our recording microbalances, including legacy products. The CI Microbalance and Thermo-gravimetric kits come with detailed instructions so you can install and operate them yourself, but we are happy to assist with any technical questions. Repair and refurbishment We will do our best to help you resolve any minor issues remotely, by email or phone, but if necessary we offer a back-to-base repair and refurbishment service. We can almost always repair your unit, but replacement may be the only option if there is severe mechanical damage or bad corrosion. If your warranty has expired or the repairs fall outside the warranty, please contact us to obtain a cost estimate before sending your weight sorter. Parts and Accessories We offer a range of product components for purchase separately or as part of our product kits. You may also purchase accessories, including suspension rods, pans and calibration weights. An accessory pack is also available, including the most commonly used items. We also offer a range of glassware and related fittings that are optimised for use with our recording microbalances.
