The SADE SP160 is a pharmaceutical, floor-standing weight sorter designed for 100% in-process weight checking and statistical analysis of small- to medium-batch sizes. It is well-suited to clinical trials and small-scale production runs that require accuracy, data integrity, and unattended operation.

The SADE SP160 uses a single high-accuracy weighing channel and is automatically fed by a 60-litre bulk hopper, enabling continuous, unattended operation for extended periods. Rapid dismantling and straightforward setup support efficient cleaning and fast product changeovers, reducing operator involvement and downtime.
