As a leading CDMO, Almac Pharma Services partnered with multiple clients and needed flexibility in their quality control processes to carry out quick and accurate changeovers to increase output whilst ensuring complete quality assurance over their tablet and capsule manufacturing operation.

The SP440 and SP140 helped the Almac R&D division weight-sort capsules and tablets in batches between 1000 and 250,000 units without any need for change parts, helping the company achieve the required speed and accuracy efficiently and effectively.
