Leading Chilean Pharmaceutical Manufacturer chooses a SADE SP140 Weight Sorter

Synthon Chile Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Chile producing bioequivalent products for the local and EU markets, recently took delivery of a SADE SP140 tablet and capsule weight sorter. To complement the SADE SP140 unit, the pharma manufacturer also purchased Validation Support Documentation, Full Spares Pack and SP Connect Software license. This unit was sold through CI Precision’s agent in Chile, Alcaman Lda of Santiago de Chile. Synthon has been established in Lampa, Chile, since 2012 and is the only manufacturing plant in Chile with high containment technology and certified by the European Medicines Agency to export to Europe. The CI Precision tablet and capsule weight sorter will be used for specific markets that require additional quality verifications and will also be used for Internal Positive Controls (IPC) when required. On being asked whether he would recommend SADE SP sorters to other companies, German Pinilla, Manufacturing Manager, replied:

«Yes, because they perform well, are good quality and simple to use.»
