In-House

All software development is produced according to the software development lifecycle defined within our quality manual. The final stage of development is the FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) which for some projects simply consists of scenario tests to prove that the configured system meets your user requirements. We welcome witnessing of these tests.

In Project

We produce project specific configuration and installation documents from in-house templates. These are populated during the course of the project as the information becomes available.

• The Configuration Document contains all the rules and settings applicable to the particular installation and against which the system is validated
• The Installation Manual contains instructions for the installation and upgrade of the system together with the set-up of the Disaster Recovery (DR) server. It also contains installation instructions for all peripheral software and hardware
