Training

Our philosophy is for you to understand the full capability of the system as early on in the project lifecycle as possible. We offer the following training/mentoring activities to achieve this goal:

• We train members of your project team in all aspects of the system (i.e. operational, supervisory and administrative tasks)
• We offer technical training to members of your IT team covering aspects such as system requirements, installing upgrades and disaster recovery
• We offer training to members of your operational team prior to the 'go-live' cut-over
• We offer mentoring to your operators during the period immediately following 'go-live'
• We offer remote training and configuration assistance throughout the course of the project and also following the 'go-live' cut-over
