Project Management

We have adopted a proven implementation plan which ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the desired quality. Our approach is documented within the QAP (Quality and Project Plan) and covers the following principal activities:

• We produce a business process report which describes exactly how our system will work in your environment and meet your objectives
• We review the user requirements and project risks with your project team
• We provide training to your project team at the outset of the project and provide you with a working system so that you can get acquainted with the range of options as early on in the project as possible
• We hold configuration sessions/seminars to agree how the system is to be implemented in your environment
• We hold regular teleconferences with your project team to review the status of the Actions and performance against the Project Plan
• We work to an agreed implementation plan
