Production

Ci-DMS can be used to control the addition of material in your production area. This is achieved by scanning the stock or dispensed label (for pre-dispensed materials) to identify the material being added.

For example:

• The addition of dispensed material into an IBC or mixing vessel.
• The addition of bulk material directly into an IBC or mixing vessel.

The yield from the process vessel can also be measured and appropriate approval required if it is outside tolerance. Post process material quantities can then be scaled accordingly.
