We offer a choice of support contracts

The CI Software Maintenance Contract covers fault fixing, the supply of supporting validation documentation, advice and guidance.

The CI Software Maintenance and Upgrade Contract covers fault fixing, the supply of supporting validation documentation, advice and guidance plus additional benefits such as standard product functionality upgrades and system compatibility upgrades.

Both contracts also provide you with a licence to maintain a development/training/validation system in parallel with your live system.
