Where on-line support is required we use any of the following access methods: Remote Access, Web Access and Remote Assistance.
Where off-line support is required we maintain a replica of your system, in a virtual environment, on our network. This can easily be brought up to live status by us restoring a copy of your live database, which you can upload to our FTP site, onto our support server.
