Functionality

The 'core activities' diagram below describes the manufacturing areas where Ci-DMS terminals are usually located and the activities in each area. Arrows out of these areas indicate the flow of data between Ci-DMS and the external system being interfaced to (e.g. ERP or WMS). Listed within each of the areas are the principal functions performed (each of which contain numerous configurable features). The horizontal arrows between the manufacturing areas depict material movement.
